“Dead animal emergency”
I called Green Bee Pest Control from a Google search because I had a dead animal in my chimney—and I had to leave town soon for my daughter’s wedding. I was worried about getting this taken care of before I left. Dale answered the phone promptly, and after an informative discussion on the phone Dale showed up within the hour and took care of the problem (it turned out that a hawk had fallen into the chimney). Because of his prompt and professional service I have called him many times in the past few years (for problems with rodents, ants, and bees) and have referred him to all my neighbors.

“What’s not to like?!”
I found Green Bee Pest Control in Home Advisor on Google. We had yellow jackets getting into our downstairs bathroom. Green Bee came out on a Saturday morning. I wasn’t sure where the yellow jackets were coming from, but Dale tracked three to an overhead vent which I had not noticed. He sealed the vent from the inside, and applied pesticide to the yellow jacket nest outside. The bees were gone in two days just like Dale said they would be. Dale was prompt, professional, and did a great job—what’s not to like?!

“Mice and frozen pipes”
Green Bee was recommended to me by a friend when I had a problem with mice in my basement. I called for an inspection, but in the meantime my daughter’s pipes had frozen and she needed immediate help. On the way to my house, Dale stopped at my daughter’s house to troubleshoot the problem. He unfroze the pipes and repaired the damage; and then came and took care of my mouse problem the same day. It’s great to have pest control man who is also a licensed contractor!

“Yellow Jackets in our closet”
We found yellow jackets in our master bedroom, and my wife was very upset—one of our children is allergic to bees. We had pest control inspections but no one could figure out how the bees were getting in. We found Green Bee on a Google search and Dale came out the same day we called. Dale did a thorough inspection, from a high ladder and found the location of the nest—the bees were getting in under a second-story eave, and the nest was in a knee wall behind the master bedroom closet. After discussing our options, I decide I wanted the whole nest taken out, which had to be done from the inside of the house. Dale cut out the back of the closet wall and crawled into the knee wall, applied pesticide to the nest, and pulled it out—it was the size of a beach ball. Dale offered to do the repairs on the back wall of the closet, but I decided to do that work myself now that the bees were gone. Green Bee was the only contractor who was able to diagnose and solve our problem.
